Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your frame for any reason you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please call first. This offer is only valid if the unit is returned in perfect like new condition. Each digital frame must be post marked within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. Each digital frame must have original box and packaging. All returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee after this period. Shipping costs will not be refunded and purchaser is responsible for return shipping to our facility. No returns accepted after 15 days of receipt of product. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for a return check to be sent.
Example: If your purchase was for one digital picture frame at $499.00, and you returned it after the 5 day grace period and before the 15 day restocking period, you would get a return of $409.18. If your unit is returned in bad condition due to your neglect, no refund will be awarded. Please do not scratch the screens when repackaging. Place cords to the back of screen when boxing.
